By applying now, a loan officer will evaluate your application, give you a solid pre-qualification letter and discuss rates and payments with you. For refinance or cash-out mortgages, an application is the best way for a loan officer to discuss specific rates and options with you. To get started, select an application from the list on the left.
STEP TWO -- Documentation To obtain your mortgage, lenders require specific documentation to verify your income, assets, and other details. Please review the Document Checklist that is available on our Printable Forms web page. Your loan officer will help you understand the documentation requirements. STEP THREE -- Appraisal At the appropriate time we'll order a property appraisal for you to determine the market value of the property. STEP FOUR -- Your Loan is Approved and Funded A helpful closing attorney will handle the details of your closing, along with many other factors which make your purchase or refinance go smoothly.
We will coordinate with the attorney and you'll sign the final papers.
